Joanna Stankiewicz – Krzeminska, Chief Communication Manager, Clotify LLC

I am adventurous but cautious. I am methodical, consistent, and hard-working. I am an independent thinker but I love debate and enjoy working in a team. I bring enthusiasm, accountability, reliability, and a touch of humor to my endeavors, whatever the project might be. 

For over 7 years I have been working in finance sector. I began my career as an Account manager and quickly got promoted to project manager and then to vendor program director in yacht leasing.

I was responsible for managing sales of Vendor Leasing to specialized industries through SME, CORPO, MID. Targeted retail companies including local dealers and regional distributors. Managed sales staff including setting and maintaining accountability standards, managing daily workflow to provide consistent quality service, conducting regular marketing meetings and preparing and conducting performance evaluations.

Administered vacations and travel calendar. Educated staff on mechanics and implementation of products and programs. Motivated marketing officers and staff members to promote products and programs. Tracked volume and effectiveness. Duties included setting, achieving, and reporting of production goals; developing and implementing products, programs and marketing materials; and managing vendor services in support of the yachts leasing function. I constituted to 50% yacht market share in leasing at Raiffeisen Leasing Polska S.A. – by ZPL)   

2014 – 03.2015 Communication Manager

Responsible for creating strategies to increase employee awareness and promote productivity. Externally communicate with the media and other interested parties to announce new products and discuss organizational changes in a way that attempts to maintain a positive image of the company.

2015 – Until today Chief Communication Manager

Internally, ensured that employees are aware of changes and projects within the company. Distributed executive messages, prepared presentations and internal memos, and conducted meetings to share information. Responsible for development of printed materials and branding strategies for internal use.

Externally, represented Clotify organization to interested parties, and the public. Served as the company spokesperson to the media and the general public. Main tasks were to develop and distribute materials that may explain or convey the company's policies or position on issues. Other duties included issuing press releases, arranging interviews, and compiling press kits.

Overall I am responsible for the public relations aspect within an organization; especially for building and sustaining Clotify's reputation for yet greater quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
